Hmm… So its basicly been in a variety of different cultures and has also died out as a practice in many cultures?

    The term comes from some Siberian tribes. Don’t recall the names of the tribes, tho’.

    Almost every culture on the planet, although the main ones are the Africans, the Australian Aborigines, and the Native Americans.

    While these are the most noted, even the Europeans and Asians had some sort of shamanic leader, ie. the Druids and the Hmong Shamans
