Question by Jamie D: How do you open your heart?
I am practicing Meditation and have been told to think with my heart.That there also is a opening you can travel through. if your heart is open.I have a terrible aching in my heart.
How do I clear this?
I want to go further into my metaphysical studies.

    Meditating means to focus your mind, words and thoughts on a single idea. For instance, to meditate upon the love you had for a pet you would begin by recalling the good memories associated with that pet then slowly focus your mind onto the feeling of love itself.

    Meditation is greatly helped by repeating words associated with the thought or topic you want to meditate upon.
