Acai Fruit Juice The New Age Dieting Miracle
What if I were to tell you that the battle of losing weight did not have to be so focused on hard work and limiting the type of foods that you have now come to enjoy? What if I were to suggest that losing weight has absolutely nothing to do with physical activity, changing lifestyles or going the spending your life’s energy just to remain active in your pursuit of shedding all of the pounds that you have either inherited or individually gained over the years? You might answer me with the statement, “Whatever… its too good to be true!” Not so, and, if you would read a little further, I will explain in detail!
The many different branches of science within the Health and Wellness industry has been conducting a desperate search for the reasonable cause behind all of the weight that has been gained by the general populous over the past four to five decades, and, while in pursuit, one thing quickly became clear: it is not what we are doing, it is what we are not eating! The essential fatty acids that our bodies crave have been replaced with empty calories offered to us through the fast food industries: pizza, soda, burgers, etc. This we know, but the most interesting part about this investigation was what happened when they tested the theory of whether or not it had anything to do with the absence of strenuous exercise or if it had to do with the absence of a certain kind(s) of foods.
