(lyrics) From the land which hasn?t enter yet Into the history From the depths of swamps we are bringing Proudly our name At night, kissing the moonlight – – rebel children living in twilight Like wolves… … some named us so… Union with people from the sign Of the half-moon To crush the golden walls of Earthly heaven, To strangle the pestilence… To the lands of the mighty Empire Others even think about with fear We invaded a state with sword In our hands Roma means nothing In the land of Slavs ! Today forests sing about the legend, Long forgotten spirits Whose names nobody remembers now Waiting their day to reborn Their visions of the past Are torturing our souls Whispering in the dark… … they will come here again To reign supreme Believe my words… From unremembrance From Fire and Water From the sacred woods Ancient Wolves gather From the burnt Arkona … From the Pagan Vastlands ! Black horse rides across the sky With a sword we will open the amber gates of Nawia Dzieci Svantevitha nienawidza Chrystusa !!! Dzieci Svantevitha nienawidza boga-krzyza !!!
The name “Easter” originated with the names of an ancient Goddess and God. The Venerable Bede, (672-735 CE.) a Christian scholar, first asserted in his book De Ratione Temporum that Easter was named after Eostre (aka Eastre). She was the Great Mother Goddess of the Saxon people in Northern Europe. Similarly, the “Teutonic dawn goddess of fertility [was] known variously as Ostare, Ostara, Ostern, Eostra, Eostre, Eostur, Eastra, Eastur, Austron and Ausos.” Her name was derived from the ancient word for spring: “eastre.” Similar Goddesses were known by other names in ancient cultures around the Mediterranean, and were celebrated in the springtime. Some were: -Aphrodite from ancient Cyprus -Ashtoreth from ancient Israel -Astarté from ancient Greece -Demeter from Mycenae -Hathor from ancient Egypt -Ishtar from Assyria -Kali, from India -Ostara a Norse Goddess of fertility. An alternative explanation has been suggested. The name given by the Frankish church to Jesus’ resurrection festival included the Latin word “alba” which means “white.” (This was a reference to the white robes that were worn during the festival.) “Alba” also has a second meaning: “sunrise.” When the name of the festival was translated into German, the “sunrise” meaning was selected in error. This became “ostern” in German. Ostern has been proposed as the origin of the word “Easter”. Credits: History.com No copyright infringement intended www.religioustolerance.org

@hottamale02 Wrong. Easter was not created by christians. It’s pagan. Resurrection Sunday and Easter Sunday are two different holidays. That celebrate two different Gods. You can’t celebrate Christ’s death and resurrection, and then go easter egg hunting after church. It’s blasphemy at it’s highest level. Your worshiping two different Gods at the same time. Do some research on the catholic church.
…I actually like both Christmas and Easter myself, to me they are just nice traditions, to Christians they are an opportunity to express their faith. As an agnostic I’m perfectly fine with that, to each his own. I will happily challenge any religious zealot on the issue of the existence of God, but I’m not interested in defining the meaning of Easter and Christmas for Christians themselves. Just like I wouldn’t accept that a Catholic for instance would define what I believe in as an agnostic.
…Easter, Christmas, church gatherings, veneration of saints and choir singing, are all later customs that vary from church to church but which all have one thing in common. Namely, they are all acts of group worship performed to celebrate and strengthen one’s faith in Christ. Whether the eggs at Easter or Christmas tree at Christmas eve has any foundation in the Bible is irrelevant. I’m an agnostic myself but I really don’t see the point in trying so hard to deconstruct Christian traditions…
So what? In the very beginning there were no churches either, so you could extrapolate backwards in time until you have nothing but Jesus life and message, crucifixion and resurrection. The point is though that Christianity relies on faith in Christ, not a strict set of rules like in Islam where you are obliged to do your five daily pravers at specific times, do/avoid a whole number of things, etc. You CAN be a faithful Christian and ignore Christmas, Easter and church on Sundays…
false. He was resurrected on a saturday
@hottamale02 What scripture says christ rose on sunday? Did christ say celebrate his resurrection?
People added traditions to it the glorious celebration of the BEST DAY ON EARTH, the resurrection of Christ. Anyone claiming that celebrating the resurrection of Christ is pagan is an agent of Satan, no doubt! Satan does not want Christ to be glorifyied! Jews addd many customs to Holidays.
Easter was never a pagan Holiday. Listen to the video. Easter was created by Christians to celebrate the resurrection of Christ, God in the flesh!! Christ rose on SUNDAY, first day of the week after the Aviv Barley (Spirng Equinox) and Passover. He was salughtered while the lambs were also slaughtered on Passover, for the commanded Unleavened Bread Feast.
Google “Scott? Jones Easter or Passover” and get an education you ignorant Christian!
The Vatican is the whore of Babylon.
AWESOOOOOOOME!
So was chirst resurected on sunday or is that false too
I hate the Europeen Church and her stupid gods and? goddesses.
i think its funny how christians celebrate pagan holidays. they hate paganism so much but if people really knew about paganism, theyd realize how much of it still floats around in the world today. various symbols and such are all over the place.
If you really want to get into it… have you ever wondered where the crazy pope and bishop hats came from? Look up what Dagon sun god worship is and you’ll see similar looking hats…. just more out there. They actually have these same priests on engravings at many Roman Catholic churches.
It was all introduced to Christianity when Rome took over and added pagan rituals &beliefs to deceive and control the early new testament Christians who submitted to the new religion. The others who wanted to stay true to the faith of just following Jesus (hebrew name was Yeshua) and did not compromise their faith were persecuted or martyred. Why do you think the Catholics kept burning people at the stake?
Pagan rituals of egg painting started with fertility ceremonies that the priests of Dagon would impregnate virgins upon the alter and when the babies of those virgins were 3 months old they would sacrifice them and dip eggs in their blood as a sacrifice to the fertility goddess Easter. Morbid huh?
thanks for posting this! blessed be! )O(
