The song is known for its intricate solo, heard on record as being completely backwards in time (at first recorded properly, then reversed on track) and its lack of a conventional chorus. This video scared me. Reason being that I have had to fight off demons in my sleep more than once. One time I even called something out in a language I do not know. @WeatherMondacicci Furthermore, just take a look at the statistics of the occurance of anorexia between males and females. Tell me why the rates of female sufferers are higher than that of males? You cannot tell me that the media doesn’t have any influence or implants insecurity in young females about their looks or body image, thus causing them to starve themselves or binge and purge. Or why there are more women than men that suffer from Body Dysmoprhic Disorder.
@PyreOfFate I don’t think you understood the whole point of what I was saying about women in the media. I was trying to point out that women in general are *pressured* to look and be a certain way. They are held to much higher standards, anything that deviates from that is scorned. That’s why I listed Gabourey as an example. She is not a “skinny, beautiful, light skinned” girl and people put her down for her looks.
