No, I am not reading from a book. LOL. I have been a meditation teacher at several facilities and I have been doing this for a long time. This is not just for pagans. Many people have problems focusing and different techniques can help. Yo8u are wrong, guided meditation has been *proven* to help in several cases on a psychological level. Once again, this is not just for pagans.
lol. Are you reading from a book? I do believe most pagans do know how to meditate, and the details should be of their own creations, not what someone tells them they should see or focus on. Not a put down, by anymeans. i realize people new to paganism/occult may have difficulties doin this, and you are providing a basic guideline for them to do so. Congrats for effort.
