Not all Pagans even believe in spells.
There are very few general comments you can make about all Pagans.
Same thing.
A more relevant question is whether there’s any validity to either. Lots of people have set up controlled experiments to try to prove these things — so far nobody has. Check it out for yourself.
It seems that you’re living on another planet, right?
Come to Thailand and you’ll see the truth.
Witchcraft commonly known now as Wicca embraces spells and many other Pagan derivitives do too.
Mind over matter or PSI as you call it is completely different and may or may not be believed by different elements within Pagansim. Pagans are eclectic and have few common factors other than the earth based element that binds them.
According to us pagans (or at least most of us) they are the same thing. Magick is using your mind and willpower to cause an effect in the world around us that benefits us. Most of the time though spells involve things that are based on our own actions. An example is a spell to get a job. It won’t work unless the person who casted the spell actually tries to find a job, apply, and go to the interview dressed well. The spell if it does anything gives the employer a good impression of the person and makes them overlook any small mistakes.
I hope that made sense.
Some do, some don’t, PSI is more new age stuff
