Does any one know the Reason why Blizzard intertanment gave Horde Palli’s and Alli Shamans?

I play WoW and know a fair amount about it,but Blizzard did this to give The Burning Crusade a little twist because Blood elves used to be the high elves and used holy arcane magics,draneis and orcs used to live in peace together and orcs or known for their shamanistic style so dranies have to abl\ility to be a shaman
