    With the understanding of self man can get rid of division of thoughts with respects to different identification one is having about the self.  Like the big the Banyan tree is having root and innumerable branches, sub branches and the leaves but the seed of it is small and one, similarly one need to understand the seed of various divisions of our nature, behavior and action.    True identity of self I am a self illuminous star like entity residing at forehead consists of mind, intellect and resolves who is ruling this body and driving this body. Body is just like a car , as without driver car  cannot move similarly I am the metaphysical entity driving this physical entity without me it is dead.
