Check your local area, you might have a tribal reservation near you that you can visit. If you would like email me cheyenne_rains@yahoo and I will check your area for tribes.
Another thing you can do is contact a tribal center (the websites are included at the bottom) and they will be able to give you some information. Just keep in mind as some of our rituals are sacred and will not be shared to non-tribal members.
Vision Quests are considered to be very sacred as they are very personal in nature. Every person has a different vision and once again they are considered very personal to the point of they are not shared with family or other tribal members.
If it is open to any ceremony, check on the pow-wows. The dances that are included in pow-wows are a way of us keeping our heritage alive and honoring our ancestors.
Try these websites, and feel free to email me for more information.
