By Ahmie Mai Yang. I love the intro video the mysterious origin of these “Jews” of Asia. Their ancientness means one should not confuse them with the Mongols, whether their origins are there or earlier.. perhaps even, in the Middle Eaststrange, but a Hmong student Padou Vang persuaded me of this possibility. The tragedy of the American betrayal of these long-persecuted people is presented here and General Vang, Pao is discussed..very controversial. Then we seque into the shamanic traditions of this culture. Fantastic video presents the shaman as live as he can be for us. Black, red and white veils ranks the shaman. Animal sacrifices, retaking the wandering soulall these are the job of the shaman. I love the personal discussion of Neng Lor, an uncle who was the first Hmong pilot. We here of his death and Aunt Chung who found him. His regret over bombing others is discussed and his lost soul appears to the shaman. His spirits fear had left him there with his plane. He promises to be born again into the family, as they await the birth of a new baby. Then the practices and implements concerning following a dead spirit are addressed. Taking the white bench as the white horse s/he will ride in the other world. Very nice video shows the process of battling the bad spirit amazing! This finalizes with a discussion of Hmong conversion to Christianity. @Saom33, Most Hmong under the age of 60 are technically brainwashed by white thieves during 1953-1975 and some even from 1853. But the way we use the word “Hmong” it does mean human beings, not Free man. Despite many brainwashed Hmong who claim it to be Freeman, most today still use the word Hmong interchangly with the word Human being. You have to be Hmong to understand what I mean. And you must ask those Hmong who had not been brainwashed by thieves’ propaganda like those in China+Vietnam
@MrPloverwi it does mean free…ask all hmong people….
Hmong does not mean “Free” It was a white thieves’ propaganda term design to brainwash Hmong into killing other Asians. Hmong just mean Human beings.
