No, its not a drug 🙂 Its a shamanic technique to journey withing yourself and to make contact with the spirit world 🙂 What I mean to say or ask is How do you perform a shamanic drumming, Is there certain rhythms to do , is there a certain technique?

That’s a great question that would be best answered from a shaman. I know someone who had a shaman drum for her and it took her to some incredible places within herself. Dig deeper for your answer to this one, but don’t give up.
