1. New Age music is music of various styles, which is intended to create inspiration, relaxation, and positive feelings, often used by listeners for yoga, massage, inspiration, relaxation, and meditation.
2. New Age doctrines and practices (such as Kundalini Yoga) teach that there are seven “Chakras” (or spiritual doorways) within the body through which energy flows. Using this form of spiritual exercise can be highly beneficial.
