3) Exercising Each Chakra
The following are some exercises to help you if you feel that you have a blockage in any of your seven chakra. You can perform the exercises quickly and easily, and they will help you to keep your chakra open and functional.
For your Red chakra, stomp around the house, do squats, or march. You want to get really physical, particularly with the legs. If you have exercise equipment, try leg presses.
