There is no such thing as “spiritual energy”.
The most powerful form of spiritual energy is to feel yourself here, now, in the marvelous existence, at this wonderful time.
If you don’t feel that, find out what is in the way and deal with it. Then come back to reality ..
There is no “most powerful form” of spiritual energy. The strength of different methods and energy differs on the person/people raising it.
Kundalini is snake meditation, where you visualize a snake winding up through your chakras, empowering them with energy. It is in no way the absolute strongest of spiritual energies, although some people may find that it works better then other methods for specific purposes.
Just higher octaves of kundalini, all the way up.
