Alan Alda (born January 28, 1936) is an American actor, director and screenwriter. He is known for his role as Hawkeye Pierce in the TV series M*A*S*H. During the 1970s and 1980s, he was viewed as the archetypal sympathetic male, though in recent years, he has appeared in roles that counter that image.

It is a song in a 1960s musical, which is beginning to show its age. A bit like me really.
There are varying dates as to when the “Age of Aquarius” begins.
Ignoring your random Alda fetish, it’s an astronomical thing. In about 500 years the sun on the day of the vernal equinox will be in Aquarius instead of Pisces like it is now.
Whether that means anything spiritually important, idk.

All it means is that the sun rises in the constellation Aquarius on Mar 21st. yes, that’s it.
Currently we are in the ‘Age of Pisces’. Each ‘age’ lasts for approximately 2000 years (give or take)
It’s an astrological cycle based on the precession of the equinox.
