Question by Wonder Weirdo: Is there a source where I can research specific Pagan deities and the rites of their worship?
I’m specifically looking for something similar to an encyclopedia of Pagan gods and goddesses online that also includes the rites of worship.

Go to the book store. There actually is an encyclopedia of gods and goddeses.

You would not find their rites of worship as there are to many different types. To do that you would have to select the type of practice that you want to look into from all over the world plus the past forms and the present forms.
But your search bar will give you a list of the Pagan Deities and their area of origin.

You would ahve to look specifically for sites dedicated to the religions of those various gods, they will have that information or references to where that information is.
There are sites that have lists of deities, but they don’t contain the rrites of worship.
Start with pagan religion, then reifine it for the individual religions
Celtic
Asatru (Norse, Teutonic)
Chinese
Japanese
Aztec
Maya
