Magic Potion in a Bottle?
There is no such thing as a magic potion in a bottle, but some people may believe they have found one. As certain super fruits are touted as having beneficial properties and are being made into liquid nutritional products which are sold in retail outlets and through network marketing companies, interesting stories are being told. The distributors who sign up for these business opportunities in the multi-level marketing (MLM) industry must be careful not to make any medical claims for their products. However, the testimonials of people using the products are sometimes nothing short of amazing.
Sarah said that she was no longer able to play her beloved piano, which she had enjoyed doing for years, because her fingers were sore and painful. After a few days of taking a liquid supplement, she was able to begin playing the piano again. She was not even interested in taking anything or in the business, but someone gave her a bottle to try which she reluctantly did. Then she began telling everyone her story.
There are no medical claims made for these products, but people are telling of their own personal experiences of how they think the products have helped them. Some people see good results immediately, and some see no noticeable benefits from the same products. The only way to find out if a product will help you is to try it and test it on your own body. It could become your “magic potion” or you might see no value in it.
A government website, www.pubmed.gov, is used as a reference to check out the benefits of the super fruits used in nutritional supplements. It is possible to find articles there regarding the so called super fruits and their known properties.
As a huge segment of the population enters their senior years, liquid nutritional supplements are having a surge in sales. A lot of people would rather drink their nutrition instead of taking more pills. Although many senior citizens are on fixed incomes, there are enough who have a good amount of disposable income that they are not that concerned with pinching pennies.
The liquid forms of the nutritionals are often more expensive (especially when distributed through network marketing), but they may be preferred by certain people as they look to maintain good health.
