Question by hugglebugger: metaphysical ascension obsidian?
i bought a gemstone/crystal called “ascension obsidian” at a local metaphysics store. they did have an explanation on what the gemstone does, but i forgot what it said. does anyone know what it does or how i can use it? only serious answers only please. thank you for your help!

crystals must be first cleansed and programed in order to use them correctly
Try leaving it out on a night of a full moon, or taking it to the ocean and cleasing it in the sea water
Once it is cleansed of the vibes, then you can program it, just hold it in your hand and think of the intention of have for the crystal
obsidian are supposably one of the strongest crystals so be careful how you use it

Let’s be serious it is only a rock. It may symbolize some attributes one aspires to. But the true power is in the inividual and how they relate to all of nature. They must develop their gift by learning about themselves. The symbol may be used as a tool. The idea that an object can raise you to a higher soul/spiritual plane is merely a sales technique to raise someone else’s bank account. If you truly need a symbol that has real meaning, go out in nature and seek it. After all there are no shortcuts to spiritual ascension. It is about detachment, compassion, understanding that transcends words.
