energy patterns, and had experimented with friends in the past. Playing with energy was fun and at times intoxicating, but I knew that there was a lot more to it than just playing. I had felt subtle energy shifts in myself during times of stress or anxiety, and I noticed that sometimes, I didn’t feel that the energy in my body could flow as smoothly as it had been able to before. At energy healing school I learned about stuck energy, and how a negative or traumatizing event can have that long-lasting effect on people.
It was so amazed to actually have my own experiences described back to me. It wasn’t that I doubted my own knowledge of what had happened, but knowing that others experienced it as well, and that there was something that could be done to fix it, was quite a relief. This has truly been an amazing journey–from the times experimenting with friends to actually becoming trained in spiritual energy healing–and the best part is, it has only just begun.
