In a morbid quest for financial assistance to enable me set up a marine engineering workshop ,i have deemed it wise to ask of you the content of the above subject.
Regarding you guileless personality and unflinching love,I decided to turn to you for help sa ihave no to turn to.
I have had compete training in marine engineering.Itrust that if i am given financial assistance,I would give jest to what training has imparted in me,and i promise never to fail the hand that gave me such an upliftment,to the glory of God.
I enclose herein,a copy of the list of materials to procure for the establishment.Thanks for your co-operations.
