Sugar crystals are rock candy. You can find detailed instructions on how to make them at the link below, or just Google “rock candy recipes”.
Vinegar is a dilute acetic acid solution. There is no real way to make “vinegar crystals”. Concentrated (“glacial”) acetic acid will “freeze” to crystals at ~16.7 C, but that’s not vinegar.
