I have no idea if these are RGB or CMYK or how to tell.

You can print your own by using paper designed specifically for tarot cards. You can buy them here: http://www.plaincards.com/Tarot.html

The cards are 2-3/4 in. x 4-3/4 in, so not exactly the right size, but perhaps they’d be good enough?
