Question by Carrie: in spiritual science or metaphysics when do they say the SOUL enters the body/baby/womb?
Best answer:
Answer by dogsafire
When it decides to
Edit:
I wasn’t being flippant. There are reports, for example, where a person has a recollection of not yet being in a body and hovering near a pregnant woman, wondering whether or not this is the woman who should be their mother.

Most things when they mention a ‘soul’ cease to be scientific; there is no evidence whatsoever for it.
However, if one were to ask when the ‘baby’ becomes a person, this becomes slightly easier to think of in scientific terms, but not much; we don’t even have a definition for ‘person/human’.
Some believe that the ‘product of conception’ becomes a person in their own right is when they reach the zygote stage: the first stage after fertilization.
Others believe that the foetus is not a proper human until the baby is actually born.
Others still believe that it is somewhere in between; an average probably leveling out to be somewhere after 20-24 weeks.
‘Spiritual science’ is an oxymoron. Science has no tools capable of even determining whether there is such a thing as a soul or spirit.
In biology, the fertilized egg is considered to be a new lifeform. Its genetic identity is already fully determined, and it exhibits all the biological processes we consider fundamental to life. The only major changes occurring at birth are breathing air and abandoning the umbilical cord. A doctor who performs a Caesarean Section isn’t creating a life by moving the baby from inside the womb to outside the womb. The only reason for claiming that life begins at birth is to justify abortion.
When the brain of the organism (in this case, the fetus), is able to conduct individual consciousness. Life ends when brain waves cease, and likewise that is when (personal) life begins.
