I don’t know. God just wants the best for us, so he probably cares physically about us, than spiritually; he knows in the end our spirits will be with him.
We get healing from the medical profession. Physical ailments can be helped with medicines. Spiritual healing requires time and patience, and sometimes even prayer. Often when we are healed physically, the spiritual healing takes place too.
God is concerned about everyone of his children, but he does not send us “a healing.”
Amputees lose limbs because of earthly things and people.
Many amputees can be fitted with artificial limbs, thanks to medical science and the miraculous gifts given to healing physicians.
