BSSM is one of my favourite Peppers songs ever so thank you GalacticBoss for giving me aa great idea for my next cover ;). I really had fun playing this! I didn’t learn the solo i’m afraid. I improvised on the spot and hoped for the best but I think it turned out ok. Don’t expect much though :). I still have a lot to learn … Too bad that I missed some of the harmonics as well, I blame the nerves! So anyway, hope you enjoy this cover! I’d like to dedicate it to GalacticBoss! Keep funkin’ it up like you do man ;). Gear used: *Jaguar *Pod XT *WH-10 Grtz, M..
live version of Blood Sugar Sex Magik by the Red Hot Chili Peppers

got it?
@1999californication. Thanks! But what do you mean by ‘don’t rush at the nitro’?
good cover but dont rush at the nitro
@ManitouPL. Thanks man! Was just watching your videos today :), excellent tone and feeling you have.
That was really great!
Nice Cover
Sexy Guitar!
@thedankbananas. Thanks man! Maybe someday i’ll be able to get an AVRI but for the moment, i’m settled ;). Grtz
nice man this cover is awesome. sweet guitar too
@Skovlen96. Then it’s without a doubt completely unintentional. I just move/look/play to the music the way I feel at that moment. I’m just a humble guy with a guitar covering songs I like. Nothing more.
you’re cocky !
@POWEROFSOUL44. I’ve been playing electric guitar for almost 6 years now (damn, has it been that long? :)). Still learning every day though, i’m not at all where I would like to be at this point. Lack of discipline :). Grtz and thanks for the nice comment!
Question for you: How long did it take you to be this good at guitar?
@B0yardigi0rn0. No problem, I like uploading videos! I’m working on a set with my and at the moment. 4 songs ready, fifth on the way. We’re hoping to perform within a couple of months :). Grtz and thanks for the kind comments!
Clean tight and loose at the same time: good job dude! Go play in some band and create your own music. Thanks for posting this (I found it by accident after uploading a new post on my channel, LOL).
@Adam3411. Thanks man, I will ;)! Grtz
Nice! Very nice! Keep up the good work!
@DrScience06. Right back at you, kind sir :). It’s the Classic Player Jaguar. With a new amp and a pedalboard on the way, I couldn’t afford the reissue .. Still, great guitar with a lot of options and grit. Very nice! I didn’t think it could handle overdrive so well but I was surprised it did. No humbucker heavyness but me likey!
Amazing cover good sir 🙂
Is that the classic player jaguar or the ’62 reissue?
I’ve been looking into a classic player one and if this is one of em you might have just convinced me to get it ha 😉
Awesome cover!!!!!
Thanks dude!!and it wasnt for the musical taste broo!!lol is just another option to make your playing better thats a recommendation from a man whos been playing sense he was 14 years old, now he’s 55,a music theory and guitar teacher,he’s been an orchestra teacher for about 25 years well he was my gutiar teacher and I think he’s still is because he’s and amazing at what he does in general,and he’s someone I can always talk to about anything,once again, NOT about the musical taste bro 😉
@MaartenIB
Wow. Its such a easy thing to do yet deep man!
the more I’m? learning, the more there is to learn…
Thats some deep words man…
Thanks for the advice!
oh. I almost forgot to subscribe:)
@mas199483. Always remember that even people like Vai started from scratch ;). You can improve by practising your technique every day (alternate picking at a steady pace, hammer-on/pull-off, chords, covering songs), by learning scales/chords/intervals/etc. Actually I don’t know squat about music theory (just basic chords), all the other stuff I play I picked up from others or just trial and error. I would like to learn it though but the more I’m learning, the more there is to learn haha :).
@OyolaFunk. Yeah well, I just like to add some ‘spicy’ notes so that it doesn’t sound to pentatonic-y. Musical taste, right? 😉 Haha :). But thanks for the compliment man! Your song sounds good too!
Yo Maarten! man you’ve got 3 years ahead of me lol umm I was gonna give you a sudggestion, when you solo on this song try using a “blues scale” it should work out better for ya 😉
