gives you that much needed +critical%. It’s a passive ability, definitely, but one that comes in handy all the way to the end of the game. Then you should be able to pick your way to the Flurry, a talent that leaves you feeling like a Fury Warrior. A fancy talent and all but a very effective way to speed up your attack speed while dishing out critical hits.
Your next talent should be the Shamanistic Focus, which could decrease the mana cost of your Shock spells by as much as 45%. This talent works two ways – enhance your manage management and increase your shock spells’ damage over time.
{Now, how awesome is that}?
Dual Wield is another primary damage dealer you should pick up. Note that the Enhancement Shamans rank high in dual-wielding, next only to Fury Warriors and Rogues, so picking up the Dual Wield is quite a logical way to boost your damage-dealing abilities.
Now, what we have mentioned are the talents that you should pick up for faster leveling. If you are gearing your Shaman for other uses, it is not a bad idea to use talents that are very useful for PvE, PvP and other game modes.
In terms of gears, you will benefit most from picking up gears that could increase your damage. As a leveling Shaman, you should pick those that can boost your melee damage spec and will give you +hit rating. Obviously, if you’re going deep the Elemental Shaman build, you should focus on increasing the damage effect of your spells. For enhancing your health, you can always spare some points in the Restoration build.
