What I find from many of these teachers is that they point to the ‘who am I?’ question. Probing that question can allow you to go very existentially deep – not confined to thought.
I had to flu yesterday and I repeatedly asked myself “who am I?” and I felt like I was approaching my supreme identity VERY fast; faster than through meditation, thinking, or listening to Mooji, Adya, or others. I like Mooji’s approach. It seems like he is pointing people towards a way of being more alive while living
Fantastic Mooji rocks!!! Have you noticed that all of the spiritual masters (Tolle , Gangaji, Adyashanti) are all singing from the same hymn sheet, but are totally unrelated or affiliated to each other??!!

The truth is the same regardless of who reveals it, or who realizes it.
