Hi cameltrail
yes it’s quite something and so other world but in this world.I know what you mean with the situation.Hope your dad is better.
What a beautiful place…its sort of a shame that the land owners have fenced it off in such a way that you have to pay to see it…I know the locals are not impressed with that situation…I went there to say a prayer for my dad when he was ill in hospital.
Hi diane thanks for visiting.Yes you are so right about the Glrn it’s magical.
i have been to st nectans glen a few times and plan to go again this year 2010 best place i have ever seen
for those who have not been, St Nectans Glen is the most serene and beautiful magical places I have ever visited. I once took Beki here and visited a month after she passed away leaving a photo and some belongings of hers at the Kieve.
Thanks WN.Hope all is wellafter the you know what. Please keep safe and well both of you.

I went here in June 09. I been around the world different places, but this is the place my wife and I felt most tranquil. A very special and sacred place. Fav 5*. John n Dawn
