Do you find the kisses and hugs only ways to show love and not sexual desire, that initiating can mean a lot of things, and, doesn’t spell desire for your partner sexually

No, I think that both hugs and kisses can be very sexual, but they can also be many other things.

its’ called foreplay.
that is enjoying sex, without actually doing anything,
foreplay can last long really long, sex ends in like a few minutes.
also foreplay is much more fun.
and yes if a person is doing foreplay for a long time before sex, it usually means he loves you more, instead of just running after sex.
