Question by Phoenix’s Mommy: Tarot Spread…?
Greetings to All~
Does anyone know of or have any links to any tarot spreads that can be used specifically to communicate with the spirit world and/or passed love ones?
I can’t seem to find any through my own searching, so any help would be appreciated.

I know, Pangel. 🙂 But, unfortunately, at this point in my learning experience I need that tool to get the information across. I know that it comes from a higher power, not the cards — but the cards make it easier, sort of like training wheels. 🙂
Kristy ~ was an original idea. I saw someone in another forum who was interested in a reading, and also for someone who could help them to connect to and communicate with a passed loved one. I was just wondering if there was a way to do both at the same time.
I am a Clairsentient (only sometimes, LOL) , Practicing Eclectic Pagan Witch and Level II Reiki Practitioner.

My suggestion is to create your own. In my opinion there is nothing inherently magical about Tarot spreads. Just know before hand the position and question/meaning each position has. Try to make the image of the spread special to you. Write it down and meditate on it before mixing and spreading the cards.
Most of my own spreads are done this way.

tarot are just cards babe … what you get from them is coming from you , not the cards and not spirit
I don’t think tarot will help in communicating with spirits. It’s more of a way to search the inner mind than the spiritual world. I would suggest using a pendulum or something similar but that can be tricky because the answer most likely will come from your sub-conscience and not the spirits. If they want to communicate with you they will. Don’t try to force it.

I have never heard of using the tarot in this way. Where did you get this idea?? I would try another more proven method like a medium if I were you. Still I belong to many witchcraft groups and will post this qu. for you and see if anyone has heard of this and get back to ya.

When I took my tarot class, when I got to level 3, we had an assignment to come up with a spread of our own design. I ended up doing several.
The point is that there’s absolutely no reason you can’t come up with your own.
I wish I could say I’ve come across one like this, but I haven’t.

you aren’t limited to the spreads you research and find in books. you can create your own. likely, you know best what it is you’re looking for – what you need. so figure out what you need and write it down on a piece of paper. follow your gut on the lay-out. then use it. your cards are going to speak to you personally anyway. so what is the point in *learning* someone else’s spread when you will have the best connection to one you create yourself.
