@bigNano20 It depends on the dose, but I advise you not to use them. These drugs are mostly addictive and they do harm the body and they weaken your senses which concern the immediate reality. It causes your probability to physically get hurt or get killed to increase because in that state, you cannot perceive the physical reality and respond to it in the type of alertness as you would naturally do to avoid getting hurt.
Yes Jinns can take the form of Animals (any Animal), humans, even trees, basically anything. They can travel at immense speed to many locations in seconds. But at the end of the day they are also like us Humans who will be judged with what they are given with and how they use it.

@hezb786 Not all jinn live in dirty places, many live in clean areas and are always in the masjid with other Muslim Jinn…there have been many accounts by scholars and others. You shouldnt think of all jinn as bad, there are good jinn that mind their own business. Just like not all humans are bad, you shouldnt call all jinn bad or dirty. they have ignorant ones,religious ones,kind ones,hostile, just like humans.

I think whoever uses magic no matter what their age is, will get great consequences from Allah as well in this life. Anyone who is Muslim knows for a fact if someone is caught using magic their punishment is death, but I still think Allah will have their judgement in Judgement Day, I also think they will have to pay one way or another.

ALLAH (SWT) teaches in Islam thru His beloved last messenger Muhammed (SAW) that animals not only see/hear the jinns but also hear the hysterical scream / sharp loud cry of the people in the grave who go thru grave torture as part of their punishment. May God(SWT) protects us from the grave torture insha’Allah. Amin.

salamualaikum we need more people who can do roqiya theres a good link on islam-universe to a very good roqiya. i witnessed a exorcism and i was very shaken at first but alhamdullilah we are followers of mohammed pbuh and they fear our quran so we must cherish it and always listen to it in our houses and our cars and make everywhere we go a place jinns cant find comfort by always playing the quran

cats are more sensible than dogs…I have 6 cats, and sometimes they will stare up a wall, in the corner of the ceiling, sometimes they will “meow” at the wall and what not….Jinns either are, take the shape, or possess dogs…Jinns live in places that are dirty, and dogs, by nature are dirty…no matter how many times u wash them, they always smell…
i like the way you think, bigNano20. I commend you for inviting your imagination in your search for truth and willing to step outside of islams fundamental doctrines in a mature way. I can not imagine Allah being so great, would endow us with extra-senses to simply forgo their use.

PD’s are a red herring because they alter the neurons that send messages to the brain to such an extent that it can be difficult to find out if it is possession or if it is an hallucination.
Islam forbids all intoxicants which change a persons thinking, as Allah made us superior to all his animal creation only due to intellect. The incident of the Sahabi who recited quran wrong because he had drunk alcohol illustrates this point. Due to his recitation intoxicants were forbidden.

is it possible for a person to take psychoactive drugs not to escape reality but only to perceive it in a different way? To understand the world differently. Why exactly is it haram? it is not addictive, do not harm the body and provides (for me) greater insight and leaves me feeling spiritually closer to Allah. Are these feeling deceptions?
Salam, insanity can be due to any emotional or mental reason. Many illnesses cause insanity & often people asume all insane people are posessed but this is not the case.
Physoactive drugs (PD) alter one’s perception. They produce feelings of tranquility or other worldliness. People use these substances to escape reality. But they have not entered the spirit realm, they only percieve it . PD’s alter the neurons which send information to the brain causing hallucinations, mood change etc
