The Tower upside down is usually interpreted to mean a chaotic or tumultuous position or time, but in a good or exciting way. Right side up it has very negative connotations.

Its the card of destruction how it appears in a reading will tell you what area, if you asked a question and then pulled out this card then that is the answer to it. e.g if you asked about a relationship and then got that card then the relationship would be disastrous.
Simple and real meaning LOL upside right means a sudden traumatic change in life, like for example a car accident, lose of life, a job, ruin, ect something that can change someones life in a blink of an eye! Sever or abrupt change!
Upside down means not able to break away from those bad situations
