I’m not really a fan of TSOL, my boyfriend is the big fan, but I LOVE this song and no one uploaded it, so I figured I would since I crave to hear it often. I found some witches to put in the video instead of just one pic. That can be really boring. Anyway.. this is a really cool song. “Blackmagic” I believe in magic I don’t believe in love ‘Cause I read your starlines I didn’t see no love I saw your black cat I saw your witch crafts I don’t need your 666 pack I don’t need your love Well you left yourself naked For me and my friends to see Your iced over graveyard Supposed to put a spell on me I believe in magic I don’t believe in love When I read your starlines I didn’t see no love I saw you walkin’ downtown With a man in black yesterday, No ifs, ands, or buts, it doesn’t really matter what you say, I saw your black cat I saw your witch crafts I don’t need your 666 pack I don’t need your love I believe (in black magic) I believe (in black magic) I believe (in black magic) In black magic

@thk5150 The Doors was not like all the music played in their time. think about it. compare the doors to the beatles. Im not saying they did infuence punk. but I dont think punk was trying to get away from what the doors were.
A slightly different TSOL with Joe Wood, but ‘Change Today’ and ‘Revenge’ are great records, after that, not so much, not until the Jack era comeback……….. Such a great band all in all…….
I prefer the punk/classic TSOL, but this is a killer song. Thanks for posting!
@lexicondevil321 yep…
great memories are attached to this song for me. thanks.
NICE!!!!!!!!!
sounds more like Danzig than TSOL…still rocks, though.
@thk5150 Care to explain that? I had the opposite view, but I guess I’m misguided.
Great song, but they should have played under LOST…great songs, Flowers by the Door, Red Shadows…But it isn’t Jack…It’s Joe-in-law.
@ambinautic The Doors influenced Punk? The Doors is exactly was Punk was NOT trying to be.
They were the Doors of punk rock, even though the doors influenced the heck out of punk rock
joe and jack were in-laws
Awesome thanks!
Yup, this is a sentimental fave song of mine, too, even though it’s not my fave era of TSOL’s. Thanks for uploading it!
Brings back fond memories. Thank u so much,
Sweet! Yeah, I always loved this song too. The pictures are a great addition to this kick ass song. I saw TSOL at HammerJacks in Baltimore on a Monday night during the Strange Love tour. They were awesome, but the crowd was small and didn’t appreciate the show. It was the first/last time I ever got kicked out of HammerJacks. Thanks for sharing this great song and pictures with the world.
change today is one of the best records ever!
20 yrs is a long time! Thanks for the jam.
no doubt – trip down memorylane – i feel myself regressing 20 years as we speak – its late and i need to get up early – but i cant stop listening to this stuff . , shit . lol
t r u e p u n k
this song kicks ass!
Badassss!! I have listened and seen true sounds since 82′ with jack and with joe 2 different bands jack TSOL was more keyboardy and a little new ro on some albums and the joe tsol was opposite of that more rock/punk inspired on change today and revenge, hit n run and on are more metal any way you slice it top ten band all time!!!!
The suregrip skateboard video…….if i remember……circa 1986….maybe?…….
I am sipping on some Jim Beam and sprite and I am listening to songs off HitnRun,,, TSOL…is a mighty fine band… I wish they would not feel as though they sold out on this album…A friend and I were chatting about it a month ago. At any rate,, I liked HitnRun a whole lot! I just bought some songs from itunes! TSOL..”It’s to Late” “the Name is Love”…Ka All the Way!!!!!
Maybe so but when this album came out it didn’t sound like anything else and it certainly wasn’t fast shitty punk like a lot of bands were doing. Change Today is a classic.
