Question by omar O: Vision Quest?
I want to go on a vison quest but I know that you have to get some sort of blessing and direction from a medicine man but I dont know anyone. If anyone can help with this would be good. Thanks in advance.

In my opinion you are not ready for the vision quest. Your mind is half full of memories and emotions. Like this you will spend your time only remembering the past, it will take a long time to get a useful vision.
I would recommend you practice recapitulation for at least 2 weeks first.
recapitulation:
turn your head slowly from side to side
breathe deeply and slowly
breathe out your unnecessary memories, and stresses
After that your mind will have the freedom for visions.
