I can’t find the definition of it anywhere. I could find Vision Quest though. D: Help someone? Thank you!

I think Vision Quest is the same thing, but maybe I’m wrong. I’ve actually never heard of a “Spirit Quest”?
You go out in the wilderness, and/or find a good spot, and you wait.
Ether a set period of time like a day, or 30 days, or until you get an answer.
Either an answer to your question(s), or you meet your spirit guide(s), or until thew end of the period is up.
The specifics vary form culture to culture, but the general point is to “find yourself”, and it was often used as a rite of passage.
I think Vision Quest is the more appropriate term you are looking for. Maybe I’m wrong, but “Spirit Quests” seem more associated with New Age.
I’m a Cree Indian and I never heard of a tribe doing a “Spirit Quest”… you should stop watching Family Guy lol
