“Only the Young” by Journey is listed as the end title music on IMDB, but that’s at the beginning of the movie. I can’t find end credits to see if it’s used again. IMDB does list “She’s on the Zoom” by Don Henley last in the soundtrack section, so that might it because usually soundtrack songs are listed in order. I’ll see if I can find a link for that one so you can listen to it.
