The program must be intense enough (degree of difficulty) for it to work properly. Don’t be mislead into thinking that going for a walk is going to have anti-aging effects as it won’t. It is simply too low of an intensity to do the job. Yes it would be great if it was that easy but walking is not a proper exercise program and never will be.
