Trying to determine whether or not it is worth the time and effort to design and build a Tarot Card software to allow people to do personal readings on their own?

It is a fraud and people doing it are con men. Stay away if you like your money.

Besides the interpretation is really based on intuition and computers can’t do that
Such programs already exist. If the program sorts the cards, then it will not be effective. Accurate readings require the a tuned in person to actually shuffle the cards.
