thanks again SiriusKing! you are amazing at explaining difficult information and it is appreciated greatly as I walk on my path, I stumble a lot, and struggle with being fearful of the dark energy, I would find it very difficult to meditate in the dark like others recommend! lol

My experience has been that feeling is there prior to thought. It is consciousness and derives from everywhere. Through the base, soles, palms, heart, crown, sex, diaphragm… From what I see… I feel all this gather and coalesce into my presence. The intent builds into this energy along with thought as a result of what I’m taking in. It just naturally penetrates, and transforms with the object of intent. This happens at work, at prayer, as well as in meditation.

You are right about meditating in the dark herukhuti. Meditating is one of the three main ways your dark energies gets replenished. Sleep, and the snake/sexual yoga are the other two ways.

cool vlog… Do different types of energy radiate from inside outward, being expelled from a person or is it attracted into a person like say flowing through people affecting their auora with the change in the cycling of the moon or in a constant state of flux and more like breathing…?
Good points. Change is easier to accomplish when it flows with change that is already occuring. I posted this once before but it didn’t show up.
Good explanation. That pretty much breaks it down into segments. A witch I know that has been practicing for 40 years told me once that changed is always easier to accomplish if it moves with the flow of the change that is already happening.
