The Asatru wedding ceremony of Robert Livingston and Tracy Cabanyog October 7 2006. We wrote the ceremony ourselves using bits and pieces of other Asatru weddings posted on the internet. We kept some tradition hand fasting Pagan type bits. The wedding was held at Tou Velle State Park in Oregon, and the ceremony was performed by Aylah Hallel, and William MacGregor of Rowan Tree Pagan Ministries (rowantreecoven.org) Hope you enjoy!

If you have posted a positive comment, I thank you. Unfortunately there are fools who seek to slander others or belittle others because they have such a lack of respect for themselves. In my opinion, this is not a Heathen trait. It’s a trait born from self loathing and hate that generally comes with the majority of the “Odinist” brand. Your not better because your white, race doesn’t make the man character does. And yours is lacking, if you come here to spew hate.
I have now changed comments to being approved only due to a few racist fools trying to interject their own views on Heathenism, and Asatru. My wife and I are both of European descent and are proud of that fact. We worship the Gods native to our ancestors, and seek a future where all folk are free to do the same. Unlike some of the folks who posted negative comments we’ve never spent time in the American penal system, and are TRU to the faith of our ancestors, and their beliefs.

Oh no I was just wondering! I meant no offense. Im sorry if it seemed like it. I didn’t mean to come off sounding like a bigot. And I am not an anti-white bigot, I AM white. I was just wondering if I had potentially misheard. I meant NO disrespect. The opposite is actaully true. I think Asatru is a buetiful and facinanting religion and this ceremony is absolutly breathtaking. I feel drawn to it because of my European and Scadanavian roots. Again I meant NO disrespect.

Sacred Queen of Valhala? Really? I’m not aware of this being spoken of anywhere in the lore o.O? I realize she’s a chooser of the slain, and don’t doubt she would visit, but queen seems like a stretch. She’s got her own hall with her own dead who reside within it. Very nice ceremony though :)!
