you shall never reach enlightenment you must tune out and meditate
you must reach emptiness and tune into cosmic consciousness
sit in a quiet place count you breaths sit in zazen
life and death are the same and karma is karma
cosmic consciousness is you path to enlightenment
Absolutely right. Life is a spiritual school with evil and good as a means to exercise right or wrong choice and action. Humans can either sink into ignorance or rise to enlightenment, depending on their free will. Both hideous evil and pious good encompass God. But don’t assume that ‘good’ is what always leads to advancement and ‘evil’ is what always leads to ignorance. Any action or choice, evil or good, that is selfish, is the wrong path. The secret key is in the middle way and selflessness.
Certainly all creatures, from insect to dog to ape to humans are ALL equal. Since we all die, we are all equal. No mortal creature is superior then any other. Animals act through instinct: Acting and performing perfectly without any thought. Humans have developed logic: Understanding of the science behind things. The down side to logic is the superiority problem. But there are higher levels. Forget religion and spirituality if it turns you off. Focus purely on the development of consciousness.
I like this approach to spiritualist, but it wouldn’t be for me. I just can’t let go of the thought that we are just animals like all the others. We just happened to have large enough brains to think up social/spiritual groups. I think we live and die like everything else, and we use religion to give it all purpose
The collective whole, the universal mind, is what I would call God. For everything that exists is all really one thing. It’s a more Buddhist way of looking at God. God is unknowable and ungraspable, yet is everywhere at once. An infinite wholeness broken into limitless ones. You are correct about the idea of the God from the middle eastern religions being false. Buddhism is all one really needs and God is not a dominating factor. God is simply the wholeness of it all and a way to refer to it.
Seriously, you seem to be a wise man, at least intelligent, how can you believe in God? Because you were told to as a boy? Because you think you feel him when you pray?Don’t mistake me, I think religion is good in certain situations for certain people, but it isn’t real. It’s false piece of mind. I didn’t need a book or a preacher to tell me to be a good person. I found it in my own heart, by myself. I can’t believe intelligent people still believe in firemonsters and magic men in the sky
is it only gonna be on iTunes? Or are you going to be making physical copies of the CD as well?

If one believes everything is God, then one must also concede even the most hideous evil vile grotesque thing one can imagine is also god.
Nothing exists that is not god.
The endeavor is to seek balance and harmony.
Meaning and or purpose IS to Explore, Learn, Appreciate, and Communicate.

Sage Bodisattva, at you’re service.
You can’t leave a mark, only a temporary stain.
Who are you?
