Stand under a blue sky. Breathe the color in, feeling your throat chakra being bathed and nourished by it.
Write in your journal, then say/write “And the truth is…” Write again about the same thing at a deeper level of truth. Repeat this process as long as it feels fruitful.
Sing or chant. Do it with as much authenticity as possible–with your true voice, not your voice as you think it should sound.
Listen to someone intently for five minutes, then switch places. Aim for complete presence, and do not comment on what the other says, even with facial expressions.
