Cradle Of Filth Live 1996 From The Live Bootleg The Haunted Shores Of EuropeMembers: Dani Filth – Vocals Gian Pyres – Guitar Stuart Antsis – Guitar Robin Eaglestone – Bass Nicholas Barker – Drums Damien Gregori – Keyboards Sarah Jezebel Deva – Backing Vocals Lyrics: Herodias and I have led a phantom cavalcade Through veiled and pagan history where superstitions reigned And Christendom sought to pervert, but poets of my name Sang of penumbral victories that sorcery had claimed The Graal and mighty Caliburn as votive offerings To an England rearisen under vast majestic wings These are the shores whereto my soul Blood drenched and unredeemed Shalt seek solace in secrets told Through the whispers of a dream From the woods Pendragon-born, I rose Arcturius A proud, audacious King mantled in the vehemence of lust Death and destiny undaunted me, I drew a throne divided In awe of the glorious battles won, my dark Goddess provided Then treachery, a wingless beast, came crawling to my court And now I lie at cursed Camlann, from wounds a traitor wrought I fear the Augean light is sweeping through Camelot How bittersweet my triumphs seem, now Autumnal leaves succumb to frost Morganna art thou near me? Languid, I wend my path to grave Cast my sword to the sulphyd grasp Of the naiad neath the silvered lake When waters stirred lay silent Mistress let the mists descend Thy tears cannot thaw Death’s cold heart His sombre gaze defies legend More so than thine, else thy dew-lidded eyes Art …
This time of year millions of people around the world celebrate Easter. Mostly this celebration consists of collecting hidden Easter eggs and visiting the Easter bunny. Some religious people even go to services and are told that Jesus was raised from the dead on Easter Sunday. What most do not know and some ignore is that Easter is a pagan celebration that is filled with evil symbols, satanic customs, and wicked traditions. This day has nothing to do with Jesus in any way or fashion. In this video we will look at the history of this day, the customs, and the symbols and ask if Easter is even in the Bible?
I like all of CoF’s albums.

I fucking love this song. :]
i would fall to my knees and cry right there in concert if they played this!
@ChefMarty1984 You are a nymphetamine fan. GTFO
I know this song (and a lot of songs from Dusk) was actually written at least as early as 1994 because they were performed at various concerts from that time, but there were some notable differences between the earlier live versions and the final versions on Dusk. This is especially noticeable when comparing early live versions of A Gothic Romance and the final recording.
Probably forgot them XD or too fast for him to keep up XD
I cant understand a damn word he is saying 1 star sorry I love cof but damn i cant understand it
Different lyrics at the “Bury me in velvet dream” verse? Or did he forget them =P
do you think holiday celebrators make it to heaven? its idolatry and whats that bible verse that says no idolaters go to heaven? am i wrong? lol everybody would be in hell except like 10 people XD
so many believers defend Ishtar but it’s just so blatantly pagan
Wow, thanks. I really had NOT A CLUE about this!
Yea, we’ve always worshipped the rebirth of Spring at this time. Christians decided to take part through worshipping the rebirth of your sacrifical god (and edited for TV version of Dionysus, Osiris, or Mithras). It’s all the same in the end
