What type for shaman race should i roll?

Question by RyDaKiLLa: What type for shaman race should i roll?
im having a hard time figuring out wat shaman race i want to roll. i will mainly be doing PvE at end game i will be ele/resto. alliance or horde does not matter. but, as i was saying Tauren, Troll, or Dranei? and also can anybody give me a good ally/horde proggression realm for whichever answer you may have? thanks in advance.
