So many claim to be a qualifier spiritual teacher or master!
It is very important to know who’s who, otherwise you may go to an opposite direction in your spiritual life!

There are no qualifications and I would be highly suspicious of someone who calls themself a spiritual master. If a person truly has something amazing to offer then they wouldn’t go around claiming they are the next messiah. IMO those who truly have something to offer know humility…egotistical people are far from being a master of anything.
To be the greatest, one has to be the least, the servant of all. hmmm, who said that?
I tend to trust more those who would reply with something like “Why do you ask?” and would suggest that you examine your reasons for seeking a “master” outside of yourself. Perhaps a spiritual “guide” or “assistant” will better help you to find the “master” within yourself.
I will hope that you be granted Serenity to accept the things you cannot change, Courage to change the things you can, and Wisdom to know the difference.
Is there such a person?
