Wow, sweat lodge, Yay leave your body outside. Old idea and come out with new ideas
I may look into doing it myself. Thanks for sharing.
He didn’t say too much as to dishonor his experience – just enough to share and to make people think or consider doing it themselves.
That is totally right! You were what feels right for you!
I had some friend that built there own sweat lodge on there land. And they would go in there and chant and meditate. They wore pants but no shirts. I guess you wear what is comfortable to you.
I am so glad you didnt film the the ceromony. You really not even suppose to speak of such sacred things.
thanks for the answer lol I couldnt believe that! but i guess that is the best way to sweat so your clothes dont get sweaty lol
You go in the lodge like you arrived here on earth. Naked!
Although you can have a towell to cover you, until you are in there. It is complete darkness within the lodge so no need to be emberassed
I have a question, is there special clothing you have to wear or is it just a personal choice?
interesting… this sounds really cultural and very exciting!
I recommend this, and will do it again!
It is detox for body, mind and soul!
Thanks for sharing. Would recommend this or do it again yourself? Do you feel like it was an emotional and / or physical detox?
