Question by Alvin: Whats the difference between an Advanced Tarot Decks and Beginners Tarot Deck?
They carry the same amount of cards 78 sometimes 79, but I can’t find what makes a deck more difficult to use. I’m assuming maybe it’s harder to interpret the meaning or something.

ok well the beginners decks usually hav a picture that is easier to understand, and sometimes they will hav a brief meaning of what the card means.
an advanced deck wont hav a decription on them, though it usually still has the name of the card on it, traditional decks (like the old fashioned ones) are usually considered advanced deck.
hope this helps! )O(

I have found the illustrations and I need a connection to get an accurate reading. I read best with the Aquarian Tarot deck. There is a heart to touch connection.
Hello
All tarot decks have 78 cards, no more, no less.
Tarot decks can come with meanings written on them, but that is as far as it goes for beginner decks.
Tarot is a complex subject, regardless of the deck & can take decades to really get to grips with.

well for beginners anyone can do those but as for the advanced it is way more complicated to interpert also they are used for more serious questions other than “what does my future hold”
Usually it is the symbology used in the cards. Beginners tend to do things that experienced users would not. For example beginners tend to use reverse card meanings which advanced users do not because they are aware that the deck is already perfectly balanced between the positive and negative aspects so to place more negative throws it out of whack. Also, advanced decks tend to be more graphically symbolic, leaving it to the user to best interpret the cards not just by card meaning but also based on common themes in the reading and weight the meaning of cards against the rest of the cards in the reading. Advanced decks also tend to differ in their interpretations somewhat based on the type of card. For example, the gypsy deck uses different symbols which bring about the same balance of meaning within the deck compared to a goddess deck which uses goddess related symbols to create the similar balance.
