soo… I’ve never been on an ayahusca trip before.. in my country thers none.. but I just found some.. I dont know any shamans at all.. but next week I’ll be experiencing it by myself alone camping on a mountain..
i cant get a shaman here.. so besides that.. any recomendations??
And being that I have been in over 60 ceremonies with these shamans(2 shamans perform the ceremonies), their response would be that if you couldn’t handle others screams, etc. that that is your issue, and something you have to deal with, not theirs, that is something that is part of your journey.
Fair enough, but I think you are insinuating that these participants weren’t prepared properly for ceremony by these shamans which just isn’t the case. I think it’s fair to say that different shamans run their mesas differently, this one being presided over by one of the most powerful shamans in the amazonian basin, with over 33 years experience.
When I experienced ayahuasca, we were well prepared by our shaman, meaning, for one thing, we were asked to keep “noble silence” (which everyone did) and I think had I heard these people screaming like this – surely it would intefere with my journey. We were also advised not to lay down as this can intensify an already horrifically intense experience to begin with and I see the one woman lying on her back. My experience was powerful; the integration process afterward (for me) is still going
This makes it look quite intense I have to say!! My own experiences in Peru have been life changing and powerful if not quite so shouty. – I always recommend mindfulness meditation as preparation for ayahuasca, it takes you further and adds a personal safety-net for the mind in such altered states of consciousness. Basically, you learn just as much if not more and have much less of a hard time with or without a currandero to keep things in check.
Ayahuasca is a plant based medicine, the main ingredients being the Ayahuasca vine and Chacruna leaves. Depending on the shamans making it, there are also several different various barks added for their visual and spiritual properties.
The shaman ask’s ” Have you gone on the journey of your death?” An Ayahuasca Ceremony can and will take you. When I faced the fear of death, all that was left is, “the fear of life,” that is what I’m more afraid of !!!
I was fortunate enough to experience this in Peru with this exact Shaman and it was the hardest thing and most profound moments in my life. I have changed drastically. I feel like I was blind and now I can see. I have been back home for 2 months and I am still learning and I can’t wait to go back! Thank you Hamilton for being born. Don Julio rest in peace.
I was forunate enough to see this beautiful documentary that explores the unfolding of 4 people’s journeys into their unconscious through ayahuasca. it is a story I didn’t think could be told in film and yet does a supreme job creating a woven texture of beauty, fear, courage, and doubts that we humans confront in seeking Truth Within. you’ll be blown away by the emotional landscape it manages to convey through the subtle sounds & visuals of the jungle with the profound insights by the people.
Ayahuasca is life changing! The scenes in this video are exactly some of the experiences in a room during ceremony but the ending result is always LOVE. This is filmed brilliantly! Cant wait to see the whole movie!!
The Ayahausca journey is life changing! The filming of this is right on target with the experiences in the room. the other side though is LOVE! Cant wait to see the whole film!!!
Hi thank you for the Upload. Please help us to share the word. A Turkish man has invented a Free energi magnetic motor and presented it in the Turkish and Douch universities. You can search the internet and i have one or two of his video’s. One gets very sad when researching shows that Nikolay Teslar had invented the Brushless motor 100 years ago… Please share, thank you and keep up the good work 🙂

Also, I agree with suzbat in no matter what the content of your journey, it all boils down to LOVE – no matter which way you slice it …. It’s LOVE.

Wow…it looks “scary” lol. Is Ayahuaska a drug? Or an herb? what is it?
