**PLEASE READ** Ok so in this video I am not performing an actual ritual, I am just marking out the steps. Rituals are really personal and so I wouldn’t post a real one unless I was in a big Sabbat celebration with other Wiccans (as long as all of them didn’t mind). I did this video because when I first started on this path it really helped me to see rituals performed on film so that I could learn so much easier how I coudl do one myself (I am a visual learner). This is not the only way to do an Opening Ritual but it is how I do it. I got my ideas and practices from my resources, such as A Witche’s Bible by Janet and Stewart Farrar, and Exploring Wicca by Lady Sabrina, as well as so many videos, websites and books. 1) Cleanse the space: smudge, burn, shake ect. 2) Consecrate the water. 3) Cast the circle. 4) Cleanse yourself with water (and whoever else is present, bid them entrance and cleanse them.) 5) Call the Guardians of North. 6) Take salt round. 7) Call the Guardians of East. 8) Take Insence round. 9) Call the Guardians of South. 10) Take a candle round. 11) Call the Guardians of West. 12) Take water round. 13) Invoke the Deity. x
